COULD BE THE MOST OBVIOUS THAT HE LIKES YOU OR KNOW SOME HOW YOU LIKE HIM (IF YOU DO). BE CAREFUL IF YOUR INTENTIONS ARE NOT OF DESTROYING THAT RELATIONSHIP THEN PERSUE YOUR FREINDSHIP OR ASSOCIATION WITH THAT GUY VERY CAUSIOUSLY. IF YOUR NOT INTERESTED THEN TRY NOT TO LOOK WHEN HE KISSES HER. THE FACT THAT YOU KNOW HE LOOKS AT YOU WHEN HE DOES THAT IS BECAUSE YOUR LOOKING AT HIM AT THAT MOMENT AND THAT CAN BE WHY HE LOOKS. You should tell him how this makes you feel and also be straight forward and honest about how you feel about him then you will know how he really feels. If he still has feelings for his ex don't allow him to string you along or take advantage of you.
