- It is difficult to say why a guy's friends notice you all of a sudden. Generally when it is more than two guys there may be some gossip going around about you or, they may be saying things to each other to appear cool in front of their friends about you even if what they are saying is not true. If it is just one or two friends then it is possible they simply think you are attractive.
