It is very risky to attempt to determine what a sleeper's mutterings mean. It could indicate that sleeper is dreaming about the person whose name is mentioned, or it might merely reflect random images passing through the dreamer's mind. It does not necessarily reveal any accurate information about that person's feelings or thoughts.

I guess every situation is different but I did the same thing recently while in the hospital and the person's name I said IS the one I love and think about all the time. I woke up as I was saying the person's name.
