Voltage regulator is defective. Have it replaced or this will ruin your battery.
my gauge reads 10 volts drive half mile it go to 8 Alternator is defective and needs replacing.
Possible bad alternator.

i just put in a new radiator and now temperature gauge reads high but their are no leaks

When it is charging the screen reads: Battery Charging. When it is fully charged it reads: Battery Charged.

You probably have a faulty fuel gauge sending unit.
Turn the radio on, press and hold the "clk" button until it reads "clock set" above the time. Use the tune & seek buttons to change minutes & hours up or down.
