Son, let me tell you: The worst mistake you'll ever make in life is getting that girl to talk to you. Problem is that she will never stop talking to you. She'll never shut up. She'll go on and on and on and on.
What you want is to sleep with her. So, figure out how to skip that talking step. Then tell me how.
don't listen to the top answer!!!listen to this one ... okay wel she obviously likes you back...take it from a girl. if she reli does what you mentioned there then she likes you ask her out.. she will be delighted and you will be happy 2 (if you like her) then she will be less self concious. (because girl get self concious around guys they like the signes are blushing, constant giggling, sometime heavy breathing(as a result of accelerated heart rate) twisting her fingers in her hair, eye contact eg. stares at you then when you look she quickly looks away but kinda makes it obvious so you can take the hint) When she is less self concious she will be easier to talk to :) ....Of course you don't have to ask her out (it the best way 4 both though) you can jus talk and talk about regular stuff and she will eventually get over her crush and you can talk like normal friends!!
