Pretty self explanatory. Romes fall had multiple causes. the main one was that there was so many rebellions in the late Roman empire. In fact were it not for Diocletian's reforms and Constantine reuniting the entire empire Rome certainly would have fallen a lot earlier. Constantine shifted the capitol to the east but he did not neglect the west which was already weak. Remarkably Rome held on for almost a century and a half after Constantine but there was no doubt the main cause of Rome's falls were the endless Rebellions that never ceased to keep happening as everyone wanted to be emperor. For the 1st one hundred years there were 10 emperors 2 of which do not count b/c at the time 3 people claimed to be emperor but only Vespasian had popularity. In the last century Rome had 29 emperors. Roman armies were fighting each other and that allowed the Germans to rally under Attila the Hun and for the pirating of Genseric to be so successful.

What was the name of the eastern empire of rome?

You should be more specific as to what you are referring to by eastern empire. I will assume that you mean the eastern part of the Roman Empire. Historians have coined the term Byzantine Empire to refer to the eastern part of the Roman Empire after the fall of the western part of this empire. The western part fell under the strain of the invasions by Germanic peoples. The eastern part was not affected by these invasions and continued to exist for nearly 1000 years. The people in question did not know the term Byzantine and called their empire Roman Empire.

Why did rome want the british empire?

I think you mean "why did the Roman Empire want Britain." The British empire began in the 1600s, twelve hundred years after the Roman empire fell and two centuries after Byzantine, the eastern half was conquered. Rome wanted the isle of Briton because it was a nation of soldiers and conquers and they wanted land and more taxes, as well as something for their soldiers to do.
