∙ 17y agoPerhaps you are stressed or possibly pregnant or both. It could be any number of things, hormones, fibroids, low body fat %...too lean. Or just a light period with constipation or a kidney/bladder infection. Hello. You will need to see your doctor about your symptoms. It sounds like you had a bad episode of dizzyness and of being disorientated. Definitely see your doctor and also do a pregnancy test.
