∙ 8y agoFirstly, stop misusing tampons - DO NOT use tampons without full flow, and DO NOT leave tampons over 4-6 hours - when your flow is light like this use pads or cups, never tampons as this risks TSS.
It means that your period is light, there's no reason to think that it's anything else unless you've been sexually active and not using Birth Control correctly. If you suspect pregnancy then take a pregnancy test so that you know one way or another if pregnant, if you are then you have some choices to make.
