Problem with emission system--have vehicle scanned to determine problem it could me alot of things, take it to your nearest auto parts store to get it test on the obd 2 scanner, and that will tell you your problem first of all it could mean a number of things. but assuming that you dont have any major problems yet, considering its a newer car, you'll want to check the basic's on your car, check the engin oil level, check to make sure there is water in your ratiator(it might be over heating you can check that, not as accuratly on the odometers in your car), and that the alternator is charging the battery(you can also check this on the odometer like the rest). The odometers in your car for the basic things you need to know, if any of the one's shown are not normal then you'll want to check those as well, but the way it sounds you might just want to ask someone to take a look at your car, show you the things you need to check and check the basics to get you a quick fix unless its something more serious.
you should know that owning a car means you need to keep an eye out for problems, and every so miles you will be adding things and checking your tires to see if they need air, there is some maintance. I hope this helps you :)

An engine light check means some fault in the engine . Check the handbook to get more details to find what and where the fault is.
I have never heard of a mpsr light. If you are referring to the Check Engine light it means there is a problem with the emissions system.
First have the problem that turned the light on repaired. Then use an OBD2 scan tool to reset the light.
You can reset it with your OBD reader or you can disconnect the negative battery cable for a couple of minutes to reset the check engine light.
How do you turn off the check engine light on a 2001 honda accord?
It usually means your transmission is going bad. Is there a code (Check engine light on) with the flashing light?
It means the engine has a problem.
Try disconnecting battery for about 10 mins. or have vehicle scanned to determine problem and have codes cleared
You reset it with an OBD2 scan tool after you repair the problem. If you do not repair the problem it will just come back on.
The check engine light on a 2003 Honda Accord will be triggered when something on the engine is malfunctioning. To rid the check engine a light the ECU will need to be reset.
You first have to have it checked for codes. You then repair the cause of the code. Finally you clear the code witha scan tool.
To reset the check engine light on a 1998 Honda Civic located the blue 15 amp fuse in the engine bay fuse box. The fuse is labeled ECU, and will reset the check engine light when removed.
