Does the car have air assist shocks and struts? My '97 Bonneville does. The option is very rare and information is scarce. Look up Bonnevilleclub.com. The site is difficult to get around on but there is some information on this. Look under ELC and good luck.
Probably has air shocks on the rear and fuse controls the on board air compressor
When there is a large amount of weight on the back of your vehicle like a trailer or a heavy load in the trunk, the Electronic Level Control senses that weight and sends a message to the rear shocks to raise the back of the vehicle so that it is leveled out with the front of the vehicle. The fuse is for that circuit.
You will need to remove the dashboard panel in order to replace the electronic throttle control light. With the dashboard panel removed the light can be access to be replaced.
There are three fuses. All are in the Fuse panel under the driver side dash. Fuses 5A, 5C, and 5D.
ESC is Electronic Stability Control. ETC stands for Electronic Traction Control. Never seen or heard of EST in autos.

It is in the trunk Left side behind the panel.
