According to the manual and my own confirmation the fuel pump relay is located in the under hood fuse box. There are three relays ..all grey and the same part #. If you think the fuel pump relay switch is bad simply remove the fuel pump relay and "switch" with one of the other three. If the problem is resolved purchase a new relay and replace.
