The Heater/Blower Relay is on the blower motor housing under the dash in the passenger compartment on 1999-2002 models

The relay on the heater/blower circuit on a Ford Escort MK6 is probably behind the glove compartment. There are two popular places that Ford puts its heater/blower relay switches. The other place would be next to the blower motor itself.
The Heater Blower Relay on a 1993 Ford Explorer is located in the Power Distribution Box. The PDB is in the engine compartment, mounted on a bracket attached to the right fender apron. The Heater Blower Relay is one of six relays, the first relay on the upper left.
you will find it in the heater box, also where the blower is. it is easy to remove.
Not sure about the relay, but there is a blower resistor assembly located on the heater case to the right of the blower motor.

The 1998 Dodge Neon does not have a relay. It does have a blower motor resistor that could be bad.
Not sure, but a 2000 CJ5 blower relay is behind the glove box, down and to the right.
There is a fuse for the blower motor on the fuse panel, I do not know of a relay.
Under hood fuse panel box. It is labled "Cooling Fan". To easily check it,swap it out with the "heater blower fan" relay and see if the heater blower works. Both relay's are made the same.
In a 1997 Jeep Wrangler, the relay switch for the heater blower and motor is located behind the dash. It will be directly behind the HVAC knobs behind the dashboard.
