The multi-function switch inside the steering column has the turn signal lever and hazard lights button extending outside of the steering column it operates - turn signals - flash to pass - high beam headlights - windshield wipers ( on/off ) and intermittent speed settings for the wipers - windshield washer fluid squirter button

The 'switch' is integral to the turn signal lever mounted on the steering column. Not fun to replace. The 'flasher' relay is usually with the fuses or other relays. Check your owners manual for exact relay locations.

The switch is located in the steering column. Your signal light/wiper arm is part of it. Remove the lower/upper plastic covers (three Phillips screws from bottom) Two torx screws hold the switch to the column. Un plug wire harnesses and remove.
