It means: you are the best
but 'vous' means 'you' in french but in a polite form in french, there are two different ways of saying you in french, the othe way is tu and that is in a familar form meaning people say that to some-one you know e.g to a freind, parent, cat, dog
and you'd say vous e.g. to a teacher, a work collegue, a boss, a head teacher , a shop-keeper (unless you no him/her)
that's very kind of you
it means "you are too pretty". note - "vous" can mean the plural form of "you", or the formal address of "you"
"vous êtes un salaud" means "you are a bast*rd" in French.
Because your are a more mean spirited person
you are a pretty woman (it should be - vous êtes)
you are the best cook in the world
"Vous estes belles" doesn't mean anything. I would imagine the person is trying to say "vous etes belle", which would mean "you are beautiful".
you are
''You are very handsome!''
that's very kind of you
Too bad you are taken.
you are like a (female) dog...
"where are you"
Who are you identify yourself
il est (he is) vous êtes (you are) (but not "il etes": that does not exist)
My best friend in French is "mon meilleur ami / ma meilleure amie". You are my best friend in French is Vous êtes mon meilleur ami Are you my best friend? in French is Etes-vous mon meilleur ami?
"vous êtes le meilleur pour moi" is "you are the best to me".
