Stimulants examples:

Adderall; Ritalin; Concerta; Phentermine; etc.

Steroids

The commonly prescribed drug Suboxone can also be picked up by drug tests. Suboxone is used to treat withdrawal symptoms from use of opiates (painkillers).

Those are just some examples, there are a wide range of prescription drugs that can be picked up by drug tests as a positive result. Any opioid or narcotic, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, tranquilizer, sedative, or stimulants are detected through various drug tests that are performed these days.

The only way to get around testing positive is to have a legal, valid prescription for your medications. If the count in your prescription bottle is right and up-to-date, and the doctor has a legitimate treatment plan for a legitimate condition (there are some doctors who just don't care) that you have, the person giving you the drug test has no choice but to throw out the positives that you have prescriptions for. If the count isn't right and up-to-date with the prescription date on the bottle, you are held responsible for abuse of your medications. But, they can also still test you for drugs that you do not have prescriptions for to check for abuse, even if the tests show you're not abusing your prescribed medications.

Does sulfamethoxaole show up as methamphetamine on a drug test?

It is very unlikely for one drug to cause a false positive on a drug screen for any other substance. Drug screens test for metabolites of specific drugs. All drug tests have a rating based on specificity and sensitivity. The higher the sensitivity, the lower the specificity. Basically it is only possible to have a false positive by using another drug that is very chemically similar to the positive test. These drugs are not chemically similar.

Will taking zantac show up positive for meth on a drug test?

Yes i am 100 percent sure that zantac can test positive for meth on a urine test. I recently was put on supervised probation, and was on this prescription for stomach issues. When i tested my probation officer said i was positive for meth. I knew that i had never touched the drug, and did some research. Zantac is not a methamphetamine but WILL test positive.

Basically it is only possible to have a false positive by using another drug that is very chemically similar to the positive test.
