You need to be resigered with the Singapore Medical Council. Unless ytoou have graduated from the Medical college in Singapore, your college needs to be on the SMC list of colleges. This is a pretty random list unless you are from Australia or US. For any other place, it is a pretty much a hit and miss. SMC after they changed the rules in April 2007 is still sort of trying to figure out.
