Adderall's XR version is stronger than any of the other XR types out there, by being mostly dextroamphetamine. Taking 2 30mg XR's of Adderall is equivalent to 140mg of vyvanse!! I would not suggest taking that much at once; you don't need that much anyway to get a good study session going. Basically, you will have a great rise at the beginning, increased focus, and drive to learn or socialize but at that high of a dose you should anticipate and prepare for side effect! Most likely blue/purple hands because your BPressure will centralize and no longer cover you exremities such as hands and feet, but instead focus on the main organs. Also expect, but not limited to:
- Anxiety
- Hallucinations
- Rapid Heart Rate
- Heart Palpitations(Irregularities)
- Mild Stomach Problems
- Loss of Apetite
- Possible Blotchy Skin
- Cotton Mouth
- Dizziness
- Hyperactivity/Twitch
- Perspiration
For more severe symptoms or if the Adderall is too intense at that dose you should take these signs seriously; and you should carry around a Emergen-C pack with you, which contains 1,000mg of Vitamin C which slows absorption down substantially. Also these are watersoluble so the effects will only take about 5-10 minutes to fully kick in! I've taken too much Addy before and started going into panic mode but these packs saved my butt!

Does zithromax interfere with Adderall?
For me personally there was no interaction while taking zithromax with adderall. I take 30mg adderall in the morning and I took two 250mg (500mg) of zithromax on day one followed with one 250mg of zithromax for the next four days. I felt just fine. I even asked a local pharmacist before taking and he said they won't interact. I couldn't find anything online either.
