  • Cardio or aerobic exercise-30 to 60 minutes a day-and a low fat diet-will be gone within 3 months.

  • I feel compelled to add that PLEASE beware of so called "Fat Free" or "Low Fat" labeled foods. They are lower in fat however they are most generally loaded with sugars which are much worse for your system.
  • Sidebends, sit-ups, squats. The best exercise program for that, especially if you prefer low-impact, is winsor pilates. I dropped 2 pants sizes in one month. However, you have to keep in mind your diet too. If you eat more than 2 fast food meals in a week, you are not going to drop the weight like you would if you ate more regular meals, fruits, and vegetables. My usual daily diet consisted of eggs (in any form you choose) and coffee for breakfast, a turkey sandwich (fully loaded, with mayo and all) and tea or milk for lunch, and a regular 3-part dinner (pasta or rice with sauce, veggies, and meat) with milk or juice to drink. Paying attention to your diet along with 20 minutes of exercise at least 3 days a week will help you drop those inches faster. KEY #1: Don't believe your mirror! It Lies! Trust the fit of your favorite jeans. You will FEEL the difference before your mind allows you to SEE the difference. KEY #2: You have to believe you can and will. You have to be able to visualize yourself as you want to be. Change your mind, your body will follow
  • Having a coffee for breakfeast doesnt replace food. sure starving yourself is a way to loose fat but it doesnt keep it off and it doesnt do your body ANY good. MOST body builders eat 6 meals a day. it isn't about eating less its about balancing the good and the bad. no food is completely good for you. its good to eat fruit and veggies and meats regulary. side twists are bad they can widen your waist. i could recomend some ab workouts but rather then asking on wiki answers i highly recommend going to a gym and seeking out a personal trainer they know best and can work out a diet best fitted for you and your health.

Any exercise will help. But if you watch your calories and do some weight training w/cardio you will loose the love handles. Remember the weight didn't come on over night, be patient w/yourself.
