Most 14 year old boys will grow very fast and gain alott of weight. Most of this weight is from height and muscle and hardly any from fat. A 14 year old boy that is 5.0 should weigh 100 puonds. Add ten pounds per inch. (most 14 year old boy will NOT way 100).
