So the anti federalists would ratify the Constitution :)(to gain the support of the Anti-Federalists)
Because they brought the Bill of Rights into it which made them happy and they agreed to ratify it.

Because they did not believe what was in it was good enough, they wanted to add a bill of rights which was eventually done
When the Constitution was first suggested, people who sided with it were called Federalists. People who did not were called Antifederalists. Antifederalists wanted a Bill of Rights added to the Constitution.
