Scientist have watched closley over the stages of stars, so they believe that the sun was formed from a large collapsing cloud of gas, in some ancient interstellar cloud. It was a polluted cloud.
Once the density reaches a certain point, the likelihood of protons colliding goes way up, enough to start the proton-proton chain reaction that fuses hydrogen into helium. The increasing density (and temperature) from the proto-Sun collapsing on itself reached that point, and the Sun's fusion core ignited.
Just like all of the other stars! It was born in a cluster, medium sized, then a bunch of rocks and gas giants started to orbit it because of the gravity. That's why we see it shining today!
because its made of magical ponyes
Mercury is first from the sun
We believe so; in fact it has been swelling ever since it ignited as a star. Eventually it should become a red giant a hundred times bigger than it is now.
Mercury is the first planet in the solar system. No, it is the first (closest). Earth is the thrid planet from our sun.
yes if in a cylinder and ignited
bob
Using the rays from the sun, being concentrated by a large cone shaped mirror.
Shortly after they are first ignited?
Solar power has been made since the first star ignited.
If it has been 13 billion years since fusion reactions first ignited in the sun to produce visible light, then that light has traveled 13 billion light years distant from where the sun was at that time.Whether it's intense enough to be detected at that distance is another question. But that's where thephotons have migrated to.
Ignited Minds was created in 2002.
Solar power has been made since the first star ignited.
Actually pretty close to the Sun. Mostly hydrogen and helium. In fact, it is thought that Jupiter is a failed star, one that never "ignited."
A petrol engine is ignited by a spark plug, and a diesel engine is ignited by the heat produced from the air/ fuel mixture being compressed in the cylinder
The Altair is widely recognized as the spark that ignited the microcomputer revolution as the first commercially successful personal computer-by olivia L.
It was the first battle that ignited the civil war and created a downfall for everyone, mostly south.
The first Chinese rocket was basically numerous arrows put in a tube with gunpowder near the bottom and then ignited for propulsion of the arrows
You can use Magnesium as a camera flashbulb because it is a metal and when ignited lights up like the sun. do not look directly at it or you will be seeing spots for hours
