Milks and dairy products have a high source of phosphorous. Also seafood, liver, certain nuts (sunflower seeds, almonds, pine nuts, walnuts, & cashews) , and grains (wheat bran & germ, brown rice, oatmeal, rye) contain signifigant amounts of phosphorous.
