what makes us stronger is the things that take place which breaks us down whether physically or mentally. every person is different when it comes to recovery, but with the right nutrition, guidence and mindset, we can grow stronger and stronger. and of course, what makes you stronger ,also pays off. youre appearance will be far more impressive than before. in short if u want to find out what it means to make an organism stronger or effective......nobody knows
