Canada is famous for a lot of things. Such as we have medicare and while we may pay higher taxes than people in the United States our medicare program is available to anyone, rich or poor. Color, race, or creed is welcome to our medicare program. Our gallon is bigger than the American Gallon and while we are now on the metric system our gallon is still 1/4 bigger than the American Gallon, as Americans are on the Imperial system.

Right at this moment the Canadian Dollar is worth more than the American dollar but it is not always so. We are a peaceful Country even though some of our troops are off to foreign lands, Canada was always considered a neutral country. We tend to have lakes and streams that are so clean you can cup your hands together and take some water in them and drink it, it's so sweet. Canada has lots of Electricity which we sell to the United States along with water because the population of the United States is so big that you can't supply enough drinking water on your own. We have the most lakes in the world, roughly 2 million. we have longest coastline in the world. We are also one of the most multicultural countries in the world

We have many other attributes too many to mention here but feel free to check us out and probably we know far more about the Untied States than they know about us. We are taught a lot about the different states that comprise the United States of America. I'd be stunned if in a televised quiz if you could find one Canadian who doesn't know that Barrack Obama is your present President , but were you to put the shoe on the other foot and ask the average American who is Primeminster of Canada I'd bet that 1 in 3 wouldn't know who he is.

Answer:It is known to be the second largest country in the world. The first largest is Russia. Canada is located in North America (above the US). Canada is made up of 2 different languages, English and French but usually English. The only place that speaks French is Quebec which is a province of Canada. Canada is made up of 10 provinces (from left to right - British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador. Below, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island) and 3 territories that's up North (from left to right - Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut). About 31 million people live in this enormous country.

We know that Canada was found a few centuries ago before they named it Canada. Some of the first people who came here were the Native Canadians which looked like Indians. They made up a Canadian sport called lacrosse that still exists today. Canada was named on July 1 1867. It's also Canada's birthday and that day is called "Canada Day."

The tallest tower in the world is the CN Tower in Toronto (Ontario's capital that's in Canada). It's about 1,815 ft tall from the bottom to the top. It is a famous tower all over the world.
