That young of a pup should be on milk still, but if not then you should try feeding them soft food. You can feed them canned food or mix some dry food and water in a bowl with a lid and put it is the fridge so it wil soften. When you take it out putabout 1/2 cup into a little bowl and MASH it like mashed potatoes. Warm it for 10-15 seconds so its not too hot or too cold. Put some Gerber Chicken (baby food isle, this attracts the puppy to eat it and gives them a little treat.) over it. Give it to the puppy and leave it with him until about 12, then take it from him. Around 4 make him some fresh food just like above and leave it with him overnight. The next morning do the same thing. *Make sure he eats at least 1/4 of the 1/2 cup you gave him.*
