Recommend that you purchase a better quality filter then Fram.

WIX 51036 Oil Filter

WIX 51522 Oil Filter
1999 GMC TRUCKS SIERRA 1500 PICKUP 5.3L 8-cyl Engine Code [T]
WIX 51522 Oil Filter
But the Fram numbers are
51036 = PH3980
51522 = PH9837
The reason the WIX filters are recommended over the Fram PH9837 filter has no Anti-Drain Valve where the WIX Filter 51522 does.
Hope this Helps.
AC/Delco and Purolator are also very good filters.
The Fram oil filter cross reference for Briggs Stratton oil filter 78-23545-0111 is motorcraft fl-400 can buy at Walmart.
Any parts store where you buy the filter can provide this info.Any parts store where you buy the filter can provide this info.
Fram filters are of inferior quality. Purchase a Purolator filter. any auto parts store that sells filters can tell you the correct one to buy.
I am assuming you are asking about a FRAM Air Filter. That number sounds like a Fram Number. The recommended Fram filter for a 91 Corvette is PH30. The AC Delco number is PF 24 (Old filter number) while the better filter replacement is PF 454. I recommend getting the best oil filter you can buy for your corvette.
Good grief. Don't buy Fram in the first place. There are plenty of websites that have taken Fram filters apart and done side-by-side comparisons with cheaper filters like AC Delco and found that Fram is just about the crappiest oil filter on the market. Advance house brand is called Drive Worx and they are significantly better built. Anyplace that sells oil filters can tell you the correct size to buy. I also agree with the above post, and Fram would not be a filter I would buy. I personally use Purolator filters.
First off I do not recommend Fram Filters. They are no where near the best filter you can buy. Purolator, Wix, Bosch, and others make superior filters for the same price. Saying that, there is no Fram filter with the model number PH3317. There is however a Fram P3317 which is an oil filter used on International Harvester tractors and many other types of construction equipment including stump grinders, concrete saws, pumps, and other types of equipment. This filter is not used on any cars.
First off I would never recommend you use a Fram filter on anything. Purolator is a superior filter manufacture and there filters are no more expensive than a Fram. They make filters for many auto manufactures including Motorcraft, and NAPA. The cross reference for your filter is a Purolator L14476. You can buy a Purolator filter at Advance Auto Parts and some Walmart stores.
Don't buy a Fram they have cardboard end caps instead of steel Purolater, Wix, Donaldson are all better
Fram makes a poor quality filter which I advise you to not buy. Purolator on the other hand makes an excellent high quality filter which costs no more than a Fram. Your Kohler filter 1205001 cross references to a Purolator L35310 sold at Advance Auto Parts and some Walmart stores. I recommend you use only synthetic oil in any air cooled engine.
Fram is the worst oil filter on the market, using substandard cardboard inserts. Do yourself a favor and buy anything else. The higher the single and multi pass efficiency, the better. I use Bosch Premium. However, if you insist on finding the part number for a Fram, or any other type filter, we will need to know the year of your 190d.
Depends on the year of the engine and the brand of oil filter you buy. Most of um use the Fram PF-30. Your results may vary.
They can tell you that at any automotive store!! So, when you go to buy it, ask them!
