* High-calorie drinks

* Soda

Since sugar mainly causes weight gain, eat fruits that are lower in sugar such as berries, melons, apricots, grapefruit, and apples. Try to avoid higher sugar fruit such as Oranges, Pineapples, cherries, bananas, and dried fruits.
