a fuse could be blown if its electric or you may need a new fan check that its getting power before you replace it . and a belt driven fan the internal may be worn out you need a new pulley section
Check all replace the blown one
To tell you where your fan relay fuse is I would need alot more information. What type of vehicle if it is a vehicle do you have? Do you have a manual fan or an electric fan?
Replace the climate control/fan circuit fuse.

Remove the fuse and check it with a ohm meter. If you have no ohm meter then just replace it with a new fuse.
Bad fan motor shorted wire to fan motor shorted switch Disconnect fan motor replace fuse turn on fan and see if fuse blows indicating bad wire to motor if fuse doesn't blow--connect motor if fuse blows bad motor
Remove the fuse and replace with a new one or check the fuse with an ohm meter. or you can (with motor off) replace the horn relay with the fuel relay and see if it honks if it does its good.
Check fan fuse, thermal relay, fan motor. Replace as necessary.
Check the fuse for the fan. If it is good, Apply 12 volts directly to the fan to see if it is actually good. If the fuse and fan are good, replace the thermal relay.
first check to make sure the fuse is not blown. If its not then there is a fan relay that will need to be replace and it cost around 15 dollars.
I tis in the fuse block under the dash on the drivers side. Replace the 30 amp fuse marked Blower.
