You will need a 20 Amp Mini fuse. It is found in the PDC(the fuse box under the hood close to the battery). The Chrysler part number is 00ATM20, but you can go to any parts store and ask for a 20 Amp Mini fuse and they would be able to get you the right one.

it might be the cigarette lighter or power outlet if you have anything in there it might do it if not im not sure i have a 2000 Mitsubishi montero sport and i had the same problem
The fuse for the power outlets is in the fuse box under the hood next to the battery. It's a 20A fuse called "cig/acc'. It is at position 8 in the power distribution center.
