The "EFI or F-HTR" fuse, 15A, 3rd from the top on right row of 4 fuses. Need to start engine to see if the Check Engine light is cleared.

Code 14 means "no IGF signal to the ECM for 4 consecutive IGT signals" which means there is a communication problem between the ECM and distributor...
Toyota has released a TSB on this . You have to take it to Toyota and have the catalytic converter replaced and the ECM reflashed. And if you have over 80000 miles on it, you also have to pay for it.

Computer/ECU/ECM is behind the center console on the 'hump' between the driver and passenger. Good luck on getting it out.
you can't unless you have the computer to plug in the diagnosis port...it's all controled via the ecm!!!
try disconecting the battery or pulling the ECM fuse
