Depopulation: The Black Death killed 75-200 million people, reducing the population of Europe by 30-60%. It reduced the population in Middle East by about 1/3, and it reduced the population in Paris by half. Many groups were blamed and persecuted for the plague, including Jews, foreigners, friars, beggars, lepers, and even those with acne.

Economic: Wages increased after the Black Death because the labor force decreased.

Cultural: The Black Death could have been a factor in the beginning of the Renaissance and the Reformation in Western Europe.

Pay went up because peasants became more valuable - there were less people to farm the lands. They used to earn 1d but now they earnt 3d! With this money they could buy lots of new clothes. Pointy shoes were popular for men and long dresses, with steeple hats were fashionable for women. Towns became less crowded, because 1 in 3 people died during the black death.
