You should be OK, as long as, you had permission to drive that vehicle. In any case since you were not at fault, the other driver's insurance co. is financially responsible for all damages. However, in some other cases, it is recommendable to review the policy of the car you were driving, in case the other vehicle had a liability coverage only.
