It is known as theft. Contact your bank to tell them what happened. Hoping your bank can open another account for you and close your other account
Because they have your pin, it is assumed you gave them the number. This happened to my daugther and we have been told that the money may not be able to be recouped since her pin was given out. (That is the assumption). They will credit the money for a period of time, but if it is proved that it is her negligance, they will demand the credit back.
The first thing you should do is contact YOUR bank. They will file a report. Get a print out from that stating where and when the money was removed. (Lots of banks have cameras and can see who accessed the account). Afterwards take the print out to the police and file a report.
You will have to sign an affidavit of fraud - that you did not do this on your own.
Get moving quickly and good luck. We're currenlty missing $500.
