If your shrimp is still firm, not slimy, and has no strong fishy smell it should be good. However, from personal experience I would throw out after 3-5 days even if it was cooked. Shrimp spoils quickly and it is just not worth making yourself or someone else ill. When in doubt, throw it out.

You could get food poisoning. Shellfish is very bad and shouldn't be eaten out of date. If you feel ill see your doctor

I would only eat shrimp precooked up to 2 days in the fridge after it was frozen. Fresh cooked shrimp could last a day or two longer.
