It does not make sense to me that you would starve your body of nutrients in food and drink soft drinks that are filled with calories and sugar when you are hungry. I can't tell you if it would make you feel fatter, but I believe you are defeating the purpose of doing without food and are taking a chance on ruining your health in the future. When you go without nutritious food (not candy, sweets, cookies, etc.) you are not giving your body the materials it needs to maintain itself. Couple that with drinking sugar and calorie-filled soft drinks without eating, and it seems to me like you are setting yourself up for very poor health. Please reconsider what you are doing! Deb

Let me give you a brief idea of this, When you starve yourself, you get into "famine" mode. What ever you eat is going to storage.. So when you starve yourself the next thing you eat gets stored. You will burn up energy from your muscles. All you enegry will come from your muscles until all of its gone THEN it burns up fat. Muscle is 5x denser then fat. so therefore you will lose the "Number weight" . So you may go from 200 pounds to 150 pounds but you will look fatter! the fat will replace the lost muscles, so you will get the "look weight" but lose "number weight" in all, if you starve your self you will get lighter... but you will look fatter.. then once all that fat is gone, the next time you work out statics say you will most likely pass out due to heart failure because you made your heart that week... DONT STARVE YOURSELF, diet isn't the only key either! its a combination of diet and exercise...
