You will become weak, possibly light headed, dizzy, often not eating for two days makes you want to now eat for three or four, then you end up wanting food so badly because your starving and then you feel bad so you trow it up, often this starts eating disorders, and i do not recommend it. It's very unhealthy, and you will most likely pass out. Please don't do this!

A number of things happen, the most obvious is that you loose weight fast, especially if you are exercising.
From personal experience, what happens is that the first 4 or five days you are hungry, after that the urge to eat drops off. The body starts to go into stavation mode. Weightloss becomes dramatic (I was loosing close on 14 lbs a week while not eating and walking somewhere in the region of 10 miles a day). You could quite happily carry on until you die not realising the damage that you are doing to yourself.
The hard part is starting to eat again. You cant take food onboard immediately, it just makes you spew. You have to build it up slowly.
you will lose weight, but will gain it back when you do eat..if you dnt eat light and exercise...if you dnt atleast drink water you will get dehydrated and maybe pass out.
