What is the relationship between magnetic attractive force and distance?

they are inversely related. as the distance increases the magnetic attraction decreases and when the distance decreases the magnetic attraction increases.

What happens to the force between charged and uncharged objects as the distance between them decreases?

there is an electric shock when the charge transfers

How does the force of gravity between two bodies change when the distance between them is increased by 4?

Provided neither mass changes, the mutual gravitational force of attraction betweentwo bodies decreases to 1/16 of its original value when the distance between theircenters increases to 4 times the original distance.

What affect would decreasing the distance between objects have on their gravitational attraction to each other?

Decreasing the distance between two objects will increase the force of gravity. Gravity is proportional to the mass of the two objects and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.

When the distance between the objects decreases the electrical force increase or decreases?

decreases

Does the gravitational attraction between earth and an asteroid decrease as the asteroid approaches earth?

The gravitational force (or attraction) between any two objects increases as the distance between them decreases. Thus, as an asteroid approaches Earth, the Earth's gravitational pull will increase as it gets nearer.

How do mass and distance affect the gravitational attraction between objects?

The force of gravity acts between all objects. If massincreases, the force of gravity increases. If distanceincreases, the force of gravity decreases.

The gravitational attraction between two objects decreases if?

their masses increase

As the mass of two objects increases the force of attraction between them?

Decreases

Does distance between objects effect the gravitational attraction between them?

Yes. At a greater distance, the gravitational attraction between two objects is less.

What happens to the force between charged and uncharged objects as the distance between them increased?

as the distance is increased statically induced charge in the uncharged object reduced to a minimum. Thus coulombic force which is directly proportional to the product of the charges tends to 0.

What happens to the force between charged and uncharged objects as the distance between them decrease?

a) stays constant b) decreases sharply c) increase d) decreases slightly
