I presume you mean graphite. This is a form of pure carbon, mostly used in pencil 'lead' (there's no actual lead in a pencil) or as a lubricant. As it's pure carbon, which is one of the most common elements and the principal constituent of all organic chemicals, and therefore of all life, it's not going to do you much harm. Or, indeed, any. Children who chew pencils do not shorten their lives. getting a bit of graphite under your skin will produce a tattoo, but no sickness. About the only damage graphite can do is if you work with the stuff for many years and inhale a lot of particles. This will give you pneumoconiosis, but then so would any other particles.
