If you mean a 'socket' or 'outlet' then nothing will happen unless the screwdriver blade is grounded, either by touching it or connecting it to the other side.This is NOT a very smart thing to do anyway.

Take the plug out of the mag. unscrew the cap, pop out the spring stopper with a screwdriver. remove the spring and plug. Put the spring back in without the plug.
They can be replaced by popping the old plug in with a screwdriver, just 1 side of the plug then use a pair of pliers to pull it out. Then put silicone on new plug then line it up with the whole. Put a socket inside of freeze plug and hammer it into place. Some are harder than others but, it can be done.

Punch out plug through drain opening on outside of disposal with screw driver or whatever will fit into opening to allow you to break out plug. Tap on screwdriver or whatever hard enough to break out plug. Remove plug from inside of disposal.
there is a drain plug and a fill plug. fill the transmission until it is level with the fill plug. it you can touch it will your finger or a screwdriver it is full. make sure you dont fish the screwdriver at an angle toward the bottom. just kind of straight or slight angle.
