you wasted your money, unless you have a expensive car that specifically requires a higher octane (aka a computer chip would have been upgraded for this requirement) or you built a bad-ass dragster... if you don't have those kinds of cars, you are just paying more for gas, go with the cheap stuff, there isn't much difference really. no it wont hurt your engine.Eli
You get a lower gas mileage because it needs more fuel at one time to reach the maximum potential, and it still doesn't have very good performance.
Big boom-boom.
Nothing happens, except your wallet will be lighter.
always premium gas
Premium.
You can use either regular unleaded or premium unleaded.
Of course you use unleaded gas. I don't know where you would find leaded gas these days. Are you referring to PREMIUM unleaded gas? Yes, the manufacturer suggests you use Premium octane gasoline in the Nissan Juke (91 or better).
unleaded
They're usually Regular Unleaded, Mid-Grade Unleaded and Premium Unleaded.
Salesman told me I could use unleaded gas verses premium. Is this true?
The best gas mileage from unleaded gasoline or premium gasoline depends on the car. Old cars get better mileage from unleaded.
Yes you can use premium gasoline in unleaded because premium gasoline is also unleaded. The only reason it is called premium gasoline is because it has a higher octance then regular unleaded. Regular unleaded has an octane rating of 87 and premium has an octane rating of 92. Premium gasoline burns slower then regualr gas because it has a higher octane rating.
