take the positive from speaker A and twist the copper wire together with the positive wire from speaker B. then take those two (positive) wires from A and B and put it in Channel 1 positive terminal. then take the negative from speaker A and twist the copper wire together with the negative wire from speaker B. take those two (negative) wires and put them in the negative terminal under channel 1. then do the same for your other 2 speakers, except in channel 2
What happens when you put two set of car speaker wire in to one speaker?
Well, if you mean putting two wires on one terminal of a speaker and two on the other, then it will allow more current to flow from the amp to the speakers. For instance if you had 16 gauge speaker wire and had to power a high power speaker, running multiple wires will allow more current to get to them. I would suggest just getting 12 or 10 gauge instead of running multiple 16 gauge.

There is no ground for any of the speakers in a car. You will find to wires that go to the speaker but NEVER have the speaker wires touch any body metal. If you tie any of the speaker wires to ground you will short out the amplifier in the radio. On Ford vehicles the radio outputs are what they call Bridged Tied Loads. The speaker wires are not referenced to ground or battery. If you wish to find out the phasing of the speaker just put a 9 volt battery across the speaker wires and the speaker cone will either advance or retrack. Do this to all the speakers and note what color wir was on the 9 volt battery terminal

The new speakers come with un-stripped copper wires..... you need a pair of wire strippers.... i put in kenwood speakers and the size of the wire was 14 somethin. you would need to get a wire diagram for you car/truck to see the colors of the positive and negative wires. then look on the aftermarket speaker box to see which wire is negative and which one is positive.... After you would do all this, just match up negative to negative and positive to positive. simple as that. I'd recommend wire nutting the wires or electrical taping them... but DO NOT put all four wires together. that will mess your speakers' sound up completely. wire nut the positives together and then wire nut the negatives together.

If its a convertable, remove the the screws under the rear seat and remove. Then remove the screws holding the leather enclosures and remove from sill plate. remove the speaker boxes and replace. If you don't have new speaker boxes remove cover a speaker box, access speaker and replace, you will probably have to solder the wires, then reverse the order and put back together.

Each Speaker in the car has its own individual amplifier. You can use the wires that feed those amps to use regular speakers, no need to run individual new wires. Install a regular, cut the wires that go to the amp. Wire directly to speaker. You can locate the wires behind the radio. Use a small AAA battery and you can "pop" the speaker to locate the proper wires that run to the location. Put one wire on the positive of the batter and the other on the negative. It won't hurt the speaker and its easy.. you can use a small 9v too...
