What happens when you use the wrong coolant. I have a Saturn 01 and I was told I need to use DEX coolant. The green coolant was put in with out cleaning it out. How long can I drive my car?

It isn't going to permanently damage it as long as you replace it with the proper coolant. NAPA makes an all types and models coolant that is compatible with Dex-Cool. Dex-cool just has additional lubricants in it that are designed for that system. If you use regular coolant the seals in the cooling system can break down much faster and cause leaks.
