Many people in the world think that the only solution for a bacterial infection is antibiotics which is not true, if they were educated that if you have the infection long enough (and if it is not very strong) then you can become immune meaning that the antibiotics would be wasted. As well as this if antibiotics are perscribed then if people do not take the full course as instructed by their GP then the more drug resistant bacteria survive meaning that we're basically helping their evolution in not taking the antibiotics for the full course.

Staphylococci live in clusters. So less amount of antibiotic reach to the inner bacteria. This does not kill them and favors the selection of resistant strains of bacteria. So the staphylococci has been found to be resistant to multiple antibiotics, over the time. But the horizontal transfer of the genetic material was not probably demonstrated with the staphylococci. Other factor is indiscriminate use of antibiotics. In developing countries the quackery is rampant. Specially in villages and slums of the cities. Here , the most of the people are illiterate and poor. Quacks use the antibiotics as anti-pyretics. They use the low dose and the period of antibiotics is either too short or too long. NDM 1 was found in India. One fifth of the population of the world lives in India. So statistically you can have 1/5 % chances of finding the resistant strain from this country. But this is not the case. Quackery is not eradicated from India, as the law enforcing agency is corrupt. UK is responsible for the corruption in India. In order to rule the India, UK has designed the laws, specially Indian penal code, so that the innocent person can be incriminated and the guilty person can be liberated, at the will of British rulers. The subsequent Indian rulers find it convenient to preserve the British laws. You do not get justice here. What you get is called as justice. You can not blame the Indian people for being corrupt. They had always been religious and simple since ancient time. You harvest, what you sow.
