Well it depends on if the person is male to female or female to male. Pre or Post op. If they are pre-op (still have their original Plumbing) they pee the same way they always have, although most Male to Female Pre-op women choose to sit when they pee like "normal" women. If a male to female has had her surgery and now has a vagina as part of that surgery they create a urethra just like a natural born woman.
If the transgender person is Female to Male and he has had his surgery and now has a penis, he pees just like any other man.
