The Burj is the only 7 star hotel in the world, Atlantis is only a 5 star I'm afraid (this is located in Dubai which is in the U.A.E. in the Middle East.
Actually, Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi is also a 7 star hotel. I live in the United Arab Emirates where all three hotels are situated :)
that is utter crap, the Burj Al Arab is not a 7 star hotel because there is no such thing as a 7 star hotel. it is just a self proclaimed ranking without merit like 6 star, but like Dubai it has to do one better instead of 6 star they say 7. when in fact the higherst merit a hotel can get is 5 stars. so it is actually a 5 star like emirates palace and atalntis and many other hotels in the world
