well i don't know much of this topic so here we go, not alot would have happened besides Hitler would have taken it by force, as chamberlain was a coward and a weak man, he thought he had stopped a Europe war again, when he came off his plane on his high horse with the white note from Hitler saying stuff about no conflict or anything would happen, and look what happened Hitler invaded Poland..... its shows that you cant trust a half crazied dictator.
