If you are the victim in a report and your ssn is wrong, you will want to contact the police department that wrote the report and have the report corrected and reprinted. If you do not need the report for an insurance or other legal reason, I wouldn't worry too much, but, if you are the perpetrator or guilty party, I would disregard the error. If the authorities want you, they either know where to find you or they cannot find you without searching by your ssn. Then, I imagine it would be a good break for you and a mistake on the part of the PD. They will wish they had paid better attention to what they were doing.
The people will take money out you account and you will have to give the money to the person who social security number you was using
If you enter a wrong social security number for the child you would have to amend your tax return and add the correct number.
If you do not owe the creditor, then you should make sure they understand that the account is not yours. If the number they are using is wrong but the account belongs to you, the debt is still yours to pay. Unfortunately you need to work it out with everyone so that your credit reporting information is correct.
i think so but i can be wrong
Yes, it goes by your social security number. In addition, that wrong address will probably show up on at least one of the reports.
If You Applied For Credit They Will Revoke The Loan. If This Was A Mistake. If They Have Put Your SS # Wrong, Contact Them Either Way To Resolve This. It Will Be Best In The Long Run.
Of course he does. Every American who has ever worked has a social security card. And contrary to internet myths, he has never had a fake card, nor a card that belonged to a dead person. Before he became president, he worked in a variety of jobs, and had all the things a working person is required to have for ID, including a social security number. Sorry your opinion does not trump the Social Security Administration who has verified that the SS# 042-68-4425 WAS NEVER ISSUED TO OBAMA. Your answer is totally rejected as wrong.
Yes. When you sign the application, you affirm that all info is true. Obviously, it isn't, because it isn't your correct SS#.
you hope the IRS doesn't find out about it, not. you contact the tax company and tell them you made a mistake and fix it. they should send you a new form and you can refill it
The date of birth should not be incorrect on an arrest warrant. A persons date of birth, social security number, and description are key pieces of information needed for an arrest warrant. However, if your social security number and description are correct, human-error on your date of birth may not totally squash an arrest warrant. I've seen warrants where a persons date of birth is 01/05/1970 and the warrant listed 05/01/1970, but the social security, and physical descriptions were dead on.
Yes. Each state has different time. For NY is 4 years since Social Security Adm. made wrong decision of the amount of benefit.
Contact the credit card issuer to verify your account number [maybe using your social security number] and cancel the account if you still are not sure. Have a new card and account number issued immediately.Verify your mailing address also just to make sure all your information is correct.
If you held the account in name either solely or jointly and used the credit available you are still responsible for the debt, the error of the SSN is irrelevant.
