Inappropriate behaviour like this is difficult to stop, but if caught out it will be very embarrassing for both concerned. It is illegal to send lewd pictures through the mobile phone system, especially to and from minors.
The industry and the Police can un-trash anything that has been deleted from mobile phones so even if the picture has been deleted by the receiver it can be found for prosecution purposes. Every phone has a record of every call and text etc that is transmitted in and out of it.
