If you were born as an American citizen, yes.
you have to be an american citizen
Yes it does. John F. Kennedy, like other presidents, was an American citizen, so it was perfectly logical that he could become and did become president. He must be 35 , same as the president or else he could not become president.
Any natively born American citizen can become President. Ted Cruz would be an excellent president, but is too intelligent to be accepted by ordinary American citizens. So, he COULD, but he probably WON'T be President. Which is a darned shame, because he would be a good one. Certainly better than any in the last 24 years.
A vice president become president if the original president was either assasinated, resigned, or did something else to stop being the president.

Technically, if every member of the presidential branch died, the secretary of defense COULD become the president of the United States
Yes, you could be president of your local sports or gaming club, you could be president of a country that is not the USA, you could be the president of an international company.

No, Bill Clinton can't become the Vice President of the United States. Why not? I know he can't be President but why not VP? Thank you
