It depends on the person some may be fine doing so but others may end up with anything from upset stomachs to throwing up, the mixes themselves were never designed to be eaten as is and their main ingredient is raw flour which can make a person sick if consumed as is, since the process of grinding and bleaching the flour doesn't kill any harmful bacteria in it which is why it's always advices to cook any mixes and not eat raw dough or cookie/cake mix, not that I've ever really listened to that, munching the dough made by me and my Nan was some of my best memories with her
